This Cancellation Policy is issued by LEAPFLOWX PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of LeapflowX, and applies to all orders placed through this website.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are shipped. To cancel, go to My Account → My Orders and select "Cancel Order", or email us at support@leapflowx.in with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or, once received, request a return in line with our Refund Policy, provided the item is eligible.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases including but not limited to: stock unavailability, pricing/listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or an inability to deliver to the given address. In such cases, a full refund (if payment was already made) will be issued to the original payment method.
If payment was made online and the order is successfully cancelled before shipping, the amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders that are cancelled do not require any refund since no payment was collected.
